It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Loretta Malcolm (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), born in Point Tupper, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 13, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Cornelius Malcolm; her significant other Earl King; and her sister Yvonne Malcolm. She is survived by: her parent May Malcolm (Meunier); her daughter Shelia Latimer (Martin) of Port Hawkesbury; her friends, Betty Langley and Marie King; and her nieces and nephews, Johnny Malcolm (Debbie), Joyce Buckley of Reading, Diane Indoccio, Hew Hampshire, Mary Buckley (Preston) and Newberry Port.
Memorial donations may be made to the Point Tupper Heritage Association or to a charity of one's choice.
