He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna (Pepperkamp). He is survived by: his children, John (Sheila), Marina, Annalise, Theo (Pauline) and Jackie (Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
