Susan Stone Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Stone (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), born in River Bourgeois, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Sampson (Burke) and Charles Sampson; her husband Lawrence; her son Lloyd; her siblings, Casilda, Margaret, Rita, Lena, James, Whitney, Gilbert, Johnny, Marc, Simon and Edward; and her son-in-law Hughie MacDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Boudreau (George), Alice MacDonald, Charlie Stone (Glenda), Ricky Stone (Sharon) and River Bourgeois; her daughter-in-law Jocelyn Stone; and her sisters, Kay Boyd (Catherine), River Bourgeois and Josephine Cavanaugh. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Please note due to Covid, the funeral service will be for immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Susan's memory to the Heart and Stroke, the Lung Association or a charity of your choice.
