He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Beaton and Ruth Beaton (Cameron) of New Waterford; and his sister Ruthie Vekeman. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Veniot (Mike) and Sheldon Beaton (Stephanie); and his brother Cameron Beaton (Ada) of Pictou, NS. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law.
