He is survived by: his mother Janice Lutz (Mills); his daughters, Nicole (Tim), Holly (Darren) and Samantha (Bradley); the mother of his children Elizabeth Kelly; his son William; his sister Janet "Sissy" (Mike); his half-sister Sherri Stockley (Chris); his grandchildren, Bailey, Alayiah, Mya, Renesmee, Carter, Silver, Quinny, Owen and Vincent; and his nephew Michael.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
