He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandfather Richard "Dick" Stone; his parents, John L. and Mary Jane Stone (Gracie); his wife Teresa Groom; his siblings, Tommy Stone (Jane), Danny Stone (Theresa), Clarence Stone (Barbara), Mildred Sampson (Ben), Katherine Fedora (Bill), Laura Morrison (Ross), Mary MacLean (Alan), Rena Jessome (Bernard), Charlie Stone (Jean), Johnnie Stone (Sandra) and Ernie Stone (Laura); his sons, Bernard (Sylvia), Gary, Kevin (Helen), Halifax, Darren and British Colombia; his grandchildren, Joshua (Melissa), Cameron, Dylan (Jessica), Eric, Jeremy (Kasey) and Katie; his great grandchildren, Cameron, Joe, Mallory and Madison; and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Lafford (Byron), Mary Ann Groom, Marilyn McNamara (Noel), Louis Groom and Ben Sampson.
