He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Ferguson and Annie Ferguson (MacDonald); and his siblings, Kathryn (McClary), Edwin, Earl, Lyla and Mirna.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Fleming (Kevin), James, Brenda and Nelson (Lucie); his brother Milton (Diana); and his grandchildren, Megan, Ryan, William and Violette. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Burial service will take place at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Memorial donations in memory of Neil may be made to the Richmond Villa, St. Peter's.
