She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Frederick and Margaret Rita Morash (Maddox); her brother Clarence Morash; her siblings-in-law, Harriett Morash (Spears) and Fred Comeau; her great grandchild Raelynn Bona; and her daughter-in-law Tracey Rideout.
She is survived by: her spouse Peter; her children, Douglas (Giselle), Sydney, Glenda (Robert), Port Hawkesbury, Jacquelyn (Stephen), West Bay Road and Bradley of Port Hawkesbury; her sisters, Helen Comeau of Kempt Road and Mary Hayes (John) of Port Hawkesbury; her grandchildren, Melissa (Wayne), Danielle (Scott), Christopher (Kendra) and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Brody and Blake. She is also survived by wife, mother, and homemaker and she loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Lydia to Canadian Cancer Society, Strait Richmond Palliative Care or St. Margaret's Cemetery Fund.
