He is survived by: his children, Rhonda MacLean (Duncan) of Bedford and Scott Neil (Shelly) of Montreal; his brothers, Ted Neil (Joanne) of Baltimore, Maryland Neil and Wall Neil (Hannah) of St. John; and his grandchildren, Emily (Mark), Ted of Bedford, Ben and Nathan of Montreal.
