He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Cogswell and Rosina Cogswell (Proctor); and his wife Annabelle (MacNeil). He is survived by: his children, Rose Ann (John), Melinda (Lawrence), Helen (Len), Trisha (Darrell), Donna, Pat (Carolyn), Nelson, Gerard and John (Courtney); his sister Delores Matthews; and his family Annabelle. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
