She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Edward (Janice), Henrietta Dort (Leroy), Howard (Joan) and Edith (Allan); her parents, Esson Robert Hilchie and Elva; and her siblings, Avon (Mary), Foster (Betty), Robert (Millie), Doris Hilchie, Eva Mason (Cavell), Ruby Gosbee (Victor), Irma Hilchie, Edith Hilchie, Ronald Hilchie (Gloria), Hazel Butler (Osborne), Betty Gallant (Ellis) and Shirley Walton (Doug). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
