He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Sutherland and Rose Sutherland (Sampson); and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his close friend Trudy MacMillan; his daughters, Barbara Ann and Brenda Lee; his siblings, Michael (Linda), Sydney, Victor, Patrick (Sharon), Beatrice Morrison (Robert), Jean Pottie (Jackie) and Mary; and his close friend Albert Martin.
Due to the COVID pandemic, burial will take place at a later date.
