She was predeceased by: her husband Bryce; her son Charles; and her parents, John Allen and Anna Laidlaw. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda (Joe) and Debbie; her sister Margaret Ashford; her grandchildren, Mark (Ashley), Michael (Laura), Evan and Christina; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Chloe.
