She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Pearl and Marie Alvina Malcolm (Meunier); and her siblings, Walter, Lillian MacDonald and Shirley MacIsaac.
She is survived by: her children, Darrell Kinney (Stephanie Hunter), Paula L'Oiseau (Dave), Belinda Kinney (Stephen Beed), Kendra Kinney and Melinda Kinney (Iain Powell); her siblings, Pearl Malcolm (Anne Ferguson), Ida Bennett, Lennie Malcolm (Donna) and Patsy Fancey (Rodger); and her grandchildren, Ky Greyson, Peter L'Oiseau, Jimmy, Nicole, Beth Collicutt, Genna, Catie Beed, Nate and Isaac Powell.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions a private family graveside service will take place.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the, Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
