He was predeceased by: his mother Lena O'Toole (Cook); his brothers, Jim and Gordon; his brothers-in-law, Charles Stockley and Sherman Stockley; and his sister Lillian.
He is survived by: his brother Neil Mill Creek (Gordena); and his niece Janet Stockley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
