In the sacred silence of farewell, Evangeline Agneta is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Evangeline Agneta's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley McNamara and Esther McNamara (Perry); and her husband Howard Cogswell. She is survived by: her children, Debbie, Brenda [Burt], Barry, Cynthia [MacEachern] and Norma [Guthro]. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis de Sales Roman Catholic Church (11 Church St, Cleveland, NS B0E1J0). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (1621 Whiteside Rd, Cleveland, NS B0E1J0). A reception will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Riverdale Community Centre (106 Vince McCarthy Dr, Cleveland, NS B0E1J0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, Alzheimer Society of Canada or to the charitable organization of your choice.
