With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Phillips (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Phillips and Edith Phillips (Duschesney); his daughter Joyce; his granddaughter Shelby; and his brother Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Lydia Reynolds (John) of Moncton, NB, Charlie Phillips (Catherine) of Lloydminster, AB, Hank Phillips (Wendy) of Dartmouth, NS, David Phillips (Kim) of Port Hawkesbury, NS, Kimberly Phillips of Dartmouth, NS, Norma Snow (Travis) of Mulgrave, NS and Dawn Bodhaine (Butch) of Reserve Mines, NS; and his siblings, Margaret Gillis of Baddeck, NS, Helen Phillips of North Sydney, NS, Clifford Duschesney (Susanne) of New Hampshire, US, Charles Phillips (Catherine) of Marion Bridge, NS, William Phillips of Courtenay, BC and James Phillips (Debbie). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
