He is survived by: his parents, Jack Hicks and Rena Hicks (Gunning); his wife Caroline Kelly; his daughters, Meghanne (Mike Burtnyk), Katelyn and Rebecca; and his siblings, Clinton (Donna), Jane Anne (Mike), Wade (Karen) and Tim (Barb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
