She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Theodore "Ted" Sr. and Marjorie Cass (MacInnis); her husband Bertram Fader; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her daughter Leanne Surette-Gillis (Edmund Warner); her siblings, Judy MacKinnon, Robert (Charlene), Port Hawkesbury, Glen (Evelyn) and Lower River; her stepsons, Terrance Fader (Pati), Stratford, Ont and Philip Fader (Donna); and her grandsons, Darcy Gillis (Paige Ryan), Halifax, Lewis "Sandy" Gillis (Kaitlyn) and Port Hawkesbury.
Memorial donations may be made to the Strait Richmond Palliative Care Society.
