She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Langley and Ethel Langley (Murray) of Port Hawkesbury; her former husband Carl Vincent MacDonald; her husband Donald Nicholson MacLeod; her daughter Kimmie; and her granddaughter Shelby.

She is survived by: her sons, Bobby (Kelly), MacDonald, Gary (Shelley) and Dale (LeeAnn); her great grandchildren, Aspyn, Bryson and Clementine; her stepchildren, Wayne MacLeod, Catherine MacLeod Pilote (late Jeff Pilote) and Brent (Mary); and also Andrew Archibald.
