It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Gerrard Macintyre (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 19, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Michael Webb; and his siblings, Joseph, Katherine, Cecilia and Leona.
He is survived by: his parent Alice Webb; his wife Janet (Longaphie); his daughters, Kelly Stark (Danny), Elissa MacIntyre, Kimberly Van Zutphen and Patricia MacIntyre; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Justin, Bradley, Gracie, Liam, Emma, Abby, Alexander and Adrianna (Dolly).
Memorial donations may be made to Cancer Centre Cape Breton or to the Capitol Fund of St. Joseph Parish, Port Hawkesbury.
