He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex MacKay and Verda MacKay (MacLean). He is survived by: his uncle Allan "Bud" MacLean of Sydney; his aunt Jean Swiston; and also Huntsville. He is also survived by his parents and many aunts and uncles.
