She was predeceased by: her aunt Wilma Burke; her parents, John D. McNamara and Clara McNamara (Burke); her brother Joseph McNamara (Joe); and her nephews, John Wesley Walker and Devon Gilbert.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Eddy, Port Hawkesbury, Noel (Marilyn), Grand Greve, Betty (Walter), Alfred (Elizabeth), Evanston, Sheila (Allan), Rockingham, Dennis (Karen), Louis (Louise) and Sussex; her sister-in-law Karen; and also, Whiteside and Brook. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Strait Richmond Hospital Palliative Care Fund, and the Saint Patrick's Cemetery Fund.
