He is survived by: his wife Paula; his father Allen; his daughters, Anne (Etheridge) and Erica (Donald); his stepdaughter Grace; his siblings, Jennifer (Mathieu) and Chris; his nieces and nephews, Lily, Kenzley, Orrin and Logan; and his grandchildren, Eleanor, Maeve (Anne) and Kio (Grace).
