Alice (Jewers) Sarty Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice (Jewers) Sarty (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), born in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, who passed away on November 5, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Smith and Izola Smith (MacAlpine); her husbands, Gordon Jewers and Henry Sarty; and her brother William Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Rosalyn Smith of Liverpool, N. S.; and her children, Margaret Jewers, Elizabeth MacLean (Graham), Thomas Jewers (Aulds Cove), Gary Jewers (Aulds Cove), Herbert Jewers (Catherine) and William Jewers. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
