It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alex Hugh (Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia), who passed away on September 25, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Archie and Sarah MacInnis (Sadie Lamey); his siblings, John Dan, John Leo and Leo MacInnis; and his grandsons, Morgan MacIntyre and Logan MacIntyre.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca (MacNeil); and his children, Mary Pat Ellig (David), Margie Harrison (Roger), Cathy MacInnis (Michael), Murreen Simms (Joe), Cecilia Bell (Robert), Sandy MacIntyre (Brenda) and Mary Anne MacIntyre (Brian). He is also survived by his 20 Grandchildren, 16 Great-Grandchildren.
Donations in Alex Hughie's memory may be made to the Glendale Hall or Cemetery fund.
