It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Olive Greencorn (Port Hastings, Nova Scotia), born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, who passed away on May 27, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Holland Fleet (Holly) and Caroline Fleet (Troke) of Louisburg, NS.; her husband Alex Greencorn; her son Scott of Fredericton, NB; her siblings, Beulah Prevost of Halifax, NS, Joyce Gallop, June Byrne and Lester Fleet of Sydney River, NS; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Brown (Jack) of Toronto, ON, Florence Cain (Jim) of Hamilton, ON, John Greencorn of Port Hawkesbury, NS and Ted Greencorn of Port Hawkesbury, NS..
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Stewart (John) of Cole Harbour, NS, Glen (Brenda) of Middle Sackville, NS and Ian (Patty) of Port Hawkesbury, NS; her daughter-in-law Diane Glazer of Fredericton, NB; her sisters, Marlene Richards of Dublin Shore, NS and Linda Coveyduc (Clifford); and her sister-in-law Mary Annette Greencorn of Port Hawkesbury, NS. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, one great-grandson; three step-grandchildren and seven step-great-grandchildren.
