He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crouse and Nellie Crouse (Dalrymple); his son Vance; his siblings, James, Grace and Vera; and his granddaughter Rheanna.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Crouse (Richard); his sons, Scott (Jackie), Mark (Mandy) and Alan (Jana); his grandchildren, Aaron, Sheldon, Samantha and Ella; and his great grandchildren, Micah and Ryah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
