He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tom and Johanna LeBlanc (White); his son Walter LeBlanc Jr.; his grandson Cameron MacDonald; his great grandchildren, Hank Reid and Robbie Dalton; his son-in-law Brian Zwicker; his sisters, Beatrice LeBlanc, Marion Hawes (George), Connie Malley (Ted) and Hazel Currie (Joe); and his sister-in-law Mary LeBlanc.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen LeBlanc (Cyr); his children, Carolyn Zwicker (Richard), Dawn Bray (Allan), MaryAnne LeBlanc, Denise LeBlanc-MacKenzie, Johanna Watters (Dan), Tom LeBlanc (Dee), Michael LeBlanc and Johnny LeBlanc (Nancy); and his siblings, Robert LeBlanc (Sharleen), Fred LeBlanc and Irene Poole (Jim). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.

Cremation has taken place and due to the current restrictions related to Covid-19 a mass and burial will take place at the Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church at a later date.
