She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie May (Ross) and Carr Meikle; her husband Herbert Warren Holmes; her siblings, James Edward Meikle (Marion) and Mary Laurette Bodnar (Fred); and her siblings-in-law, Alex Holmes (Pearl), Jessie Holmes, Etta Rainey (Gordon), Lena Bryden (John), Chrissie Murray (George) and Elizabeth Brighton (George).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lois Fraser and Verna Holmes; her grandchildren, Joseph MacIntosh (Robin), Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu (Marc-André), Mitchell Fraser (Kristina), Hazel Glen and Miranda Fraser (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Théo Fraser Beaulieu and Anna Christena Fraser; her close friend Chrissie Cameron; and her cousin Mae MacCulloch. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
Donations in Mom's memory may be made to the MacPherson's Mills Cemetery fund.
