She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grant and Bessie Grant (Murray); her husband Robert A. "Bobby" Watt; her son David Steinberg; and her siblings, Winnie (Forsee), Muriel (Miller), Mabel Gertrude and John George.

She is survived by: her son Mark Watt; her daughter-in-law Janice of West Kelowna, BC; her grandsons, Jeremy, Nanaimo and Matthew; her sisters, Jean Matheson and Iris Solie (Alan); and her nephews, John (Anne) and David Miller (Janice).

In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to Alzheimer Society Canada, Research Program or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
