It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ellen Denny of Pictou, Nova Scotia, who passed away on December 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Jane Toney; her husband Albert Denny; her daughter Paula Lee; her siblings, Joseph, James, Michael, Robert "Bobby", Peter Gary, Ronald, Teresa, Roberta, Anna and Mary; and also Paula.
She is survived by: her children, Peter (Leslie), Pictou Landing, Jennifer Knockwood (Ron), Sheila Francis (Barry), Colleen, Albert (Autta) and Dominic (Michelle); her granddaughter Jessica Denny (Mary Ellen); her children, Andrea Paul (Darcy McInnis), Warren Francis and Adam Paul; and her brother Ralph Francis (Lorraine). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
