He was predeceased by: his parent Charles MacKenzie; and his siblings, John, Walter, Hughie, Lloyd, Leroy, Mary, Ethel and Ileen.
He is survived by: his parent Lily MacKenzie (MacBain).
In lieu of flowers donations in Leonard's memory may be made to the Bethel Cemetery, Scotsburn Fire Department or the Pictou-North Colchester Exhibition.
