He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ferguson and Olive Ferguson (MacKay); his wife Kathleen (MacFarlane); and his brother David. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom (Lynn), William (Jean), Harold and Elizabeth. He is also survived by sister-in-law, Bernice, Ontario; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a great-great nephew.
