He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Ann (Cummings); his parents, Emma Ivey (Ingraham) and Robert Ivey; and his sister Mary Letcher (Walter). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Nickerson (Philip), Brian Ivey and Stephen Ivey (Nicole); his grandchildren, Lucy, Kera and Edmund; and his siblings, Doris Snell, Beverly Marks (Brian), Theresa Ivey (Doug), Edward Ivey and Ann MacLellan (Dougald). He is also survived by his children and in later years to his grandchildren.
