She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hemmings and Bertha Hemmings; her siblings, Amelia, Theresa, Jean, George and Harold; her husband Henry; and her son-in-law Brian Skinner.
She is survived by: her children, Gary (Donna), Brian, Allan, Herbie, Howard (Florence), Linda, Valerie (Jerry) and Gail (Blaine). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Donations in Isabel's memory may be made to the Stella Maris Church, Pictou.
