He is survived by: his parent Flora Beaton of Mabou; his wife Marguerite (Campbell); his children, Greg, Saint John, Brian (Tania), Loch Broom, Janice of New Glasgow and Eileen (Thomas); his grandchildren, Jack and Ruby; and his siblings, Donald of Sydney, John R., Pugwash, Lawrence (Linda), Damien (Maureen), Fabian (Rosemary), Hamilton, Harold of Fall River, Marian (Roddie MacLennan), Bedford and Willanna (Bill MacDonald). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
