He is survived by: his mother Frances McDonald (Bird); his wife Mary Alice McDonald; his sons, Steven McDonald and Kevin McDonald (Alta); his grandchildren, Danielle, Marcy and Carlee; and his siblings-in-law, Cathy, Annie, Kathy, Faye (Jody), Debbie (Jim), Joey (Stella), Kenny, Robbie (Mary) and Paul (Amanda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
