He is survived by: his mother Catherine Madore; his wife Anne Marie; his children, Samuel Madore and Lauren Madore; his grandchildren, Layla Madore and Liam Madore; and his siblings, Kimberly VanDenEynden, Troy Madore and Todd Madore (Tara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
