She was predeceased by: her parent Wilfred Coleman of Dartmouth; her husband Paul Douglas Freeman; her son Paul William Freeman; and her brothers, Garnet Mott and Wilfred Jr. Mott (Olga).
She is survived by: her parent Ethel Ellen Mott (Clarke) of Dartmouth; her daughter Darlene Kehoe (Grant) of Calgary; her siblings, David Mott (Patty) of Dartmouth, Bruce Mott (Elayne) of East Dalhousie, Blaine Mott (Marielle) of Comox, BC and Judy Austen (David) of Dartmouth; her grandchildren, Tammy Lynn Cook (Leigh), Tanya Lee Cook (Maggie), James Kehoe (Nancy), Jill Kehoe (James), Adam Kehoe (Mirela), Calgary Freeman and Laura Freeman; and her great grandchildren, Cavan MacLean, Madison MacLean, Kaylee Cook, Rory Kehoe and Connor Gibbons Kehoe.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Northumberland Veteran's Unit Comfort Fund.
