He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conrad and Matilda Conrad (McEwan); his siblings, Ernest Conrad (Lois), Winnifred "Winne" Roach (Pat) and Art Conrad (Doris); and his nephew Douglas Delaney.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sheila Varner (Edward), Jerry Roach (Valerie), Donald Roach, Jane Delaney and Doug; his great-niece Brooke (Brian); and also, Emma and Chloe.
A Celebration of Remembrance will be held in Pictou at a future date when COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted.
Donations in Gerald's memory may be made to the Maritime Oddfellows Home, Pictou.
