He was predeceased by: his child Christopher; and his parents, Lois Fanning and Lester Fanning. He is survived by: his wife Dale; his stepdaughter April; his grandchildren, Christina, Jasmine and Jake; his siblings, Marie (George), Lauretta (Donald), Leona (Mike), Donna (Pat) and Phillip (Claudette); and his pet Sarah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada.
