She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazen Goodwin and Ida Goodwin (Ogden); her husband Vernon Pearl; her daughter Sandra Dee; and her siblings, Carmen, Marvin, James Goodwin, Margaret Donald and Laura Tower.
She is survived by: her children, Larry (Betty), Barbara MacKay, Lyons Brook, Joanne Smith, Everett (Wanda), Avery Aker (Debbie), Kim Smith (Vattis) and Cherie Salter (Mark); and her brother Ivan Goodwin (Tally). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.
