She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rae and Margaret Rae (Sarson) of Pictou; her husband Sylvester'Buster'Jamieson; her children, Barry, Helen and Kenny; and her siblings, Kathleen, Richard, Robert and Roy.

She is survived by: her children, Sylvester Jr. (Joanie), Roger (Rose), Bob (Betty Ann), David (Helena), Terry (Chrissie), Doug (Patsy), Linda Greencorn (Gilbert), Janet Porter (Jerome), Marg Rhynold (Norm), Cindy Myatt (John) and Beverly Burke (Peter); and her daughter-in-law Nancy (Rodney). She is also survived by her 27 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
