Diane Lamey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Diane Lamey of Pictou, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 19, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hughes and Mae Hughes; her siblings, Betty Deyoung (Jim) and Sammy Hughes; her parents-in-law, William and Margaret Lamey; and her brothers-in-law, John Lamey, William Lamey, Alexander Lamey, James Lamey, Whit Davidson and William Golding.

She is survived by: her husband Harry; her children, Carla Bradley Barrie (Dennis) and Shannon Lamey (Halifax); her grandchildren, Landon, Halen, Aiden and Claire; and her aunt Margaret Parsons (Halifax). She is also survived by several brother and sister in laws.

Due to Covid restrictions visitation and funeral service will be held, at a later date.

In leiu of flowers., donations in her memrory may be made to the Westville Salvation Army or the Pictou County V.O.N.
