He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughters, Blair and Jodi (Jeremy); his father Alvin; and his siblings, Dennis (Jean) and Sandra. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
