She was predeceased by: her parents, Bridget Toney and Joseph Toney; her husband Kenneth; her granddaughter Shelley; and her siblings, Loretta, Marguerite, Susie, Virginia and Joseph Toney Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Joe (Sylvia), Louis (Rachel), Kelly (Andrew), Billy (Jordan), Tina, Troy and John; her daughter-in-law Stephanie; her sisters, Barbara and Mary; and her sisters-in-law, Sarah of Pictou Landing and Marg of Pictou Landing. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 2 great- grandchildren, many nieces & nephews, god children.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, Pictou Landing First Nation on a day and time to be announced due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
