He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hardy and Helen Hardy (Fennell); and his brother Hugh. He is survived by: his aunt Jean; his wife Betty; his daughters, Paula MacIsaac, Marcia Sampson (Stephen), Susan Hardy and Jennifer Langille (Steven); his grandchildren, Zachary, Kayla MacIsaac, Kyra and Jorja Langille; and his sisters, Anne Purvis, Ruth Bezanson, Jeannie Brennan, Margo Coulter and Linda Russell.
