He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie George Victor Bell and Doris Edith Reeve Bell; his former wife Kathleen Margaret Cook; and his sister Jean Eileen Davies. He is survived by: his wife Janice Veniot; his daughters, Treena Faloon (Rob), Hilary Forbes (Andrew) and Ottawa; and his stepson Chris McKeil.
