He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick MacKenzie and Winnifred MacKenzie; his brother Doug; his brother-in-law Kent; and his nephew Justin MacKenzie.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Bingley); his siblings, Craig (Sue) and Laurel (Muir) of Nanaimo, BC; his sisters-in-law, Sandra MacKenzie of Winnipeg, MB, Robyn (Larry MacLeod) of New Glasgow, NS and Peggy Neilson (Bill) of Lanark, ON; and his aunt Moira Tindall (Winnipeg). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
